How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated depending on the destination country. The current costs are:

UK & Europe:Â $6.95

Additionally, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders over $150!

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $150.
Where is my order shipped from?
We ship from two fulfilment centres to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible – St Petersburg, Florida and Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Your order will be shipped from the fulfilment centre closest to the delivery address to minimize shipping times e.g. all orders to the USA and Canada will ship from Florida, and orders to the UK, Ireland and rest of Europe will ship from Amsterdam.
How long will shipping take?
USA:Â 2-5 business days
UK & Europe:Â 5-7 business days
Canada:Â 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand:Â 5-20 business days
Rest of World:Â 8-20 business days
Each order is handpicked and undergoes a quality control inspection before leaving us. We always try to complete this within 1 business day, but it can take up to 3 business days during busy times. This is in addition to the shipping times above.
Once an order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier. The majority of orders are delivered within the timescales above, but unfortunately they are not guaranteed. No amendments can be made once an order has left us, so please contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to make any changes.
Who is my order shipped with?
Due to us shipping orders globally, we work with a number of logistics partners.
USA:Â All orders are shipped with USPS
Canada:Â All orders are shipped with UPS
UK, Europe, Rest of World:Â All orders are shipped with our global logistics partner, Landmark Global. Once the order arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country on the equivalent of a First Class service.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, during checkout, you have the option to enter a different shipping address from your billing address. This is particularly useful for sending gifts to friends or family.
Is tracking available?
Tracking information is available for all orders delivered to the US, Canada, UK and around 36 other countries.
Tracking details will be sent to you by email as soon as it’s available. No tracking information will be available until the package has cleared customs in the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We hope that you and your loved one are satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return an item for any reason, you can do so for a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing help@bijoukeepsakes.com with your order number and reason for return.
All items must be returned unused and unworn and in their original packaging. Your refund will be completed within 7 working days from us receiving the item(s) in satisfactory condition.
Any personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

We will contact you with our returns instructions, and will refund your payment back to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) in satisfactory condition.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item in satisfactory condition, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process the return and issue a refund.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t currently offer exchanges so your return will be refunded to your original payment method, however you are free to purchase a replacement item yourself from our website.
What happens if my item is damaged or faulty?
All items are checked for quality control purposes before leaving us, however sometimes our couriers aren’t so careful. If an item arrives and is damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing help@bijoukeepsakes.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Is my payment secure?

Do you save my card details?
We never store your card details on our servers. You will have the option to save your details during checkout, but these are sent directly to our payment-provider and stored securely on their system, and can never be accessed by us.
Can I pay by Apple Pay/Google Pay?
Absolutely! The Express Checkout option will show on both product pages and during checkout when browsing on a supported device.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it enters processing usually within 24 hours. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a preview feature at this time for engraved items.
